Welcome to the online survey for the Master's programme in Criminology at Ruhr University Bochum. This survey (duration approx. 10-15 minutes) examines how internet users experience cybercrime and how such experiences have affected their sense of security on the internet.
Anyone who is of legal age is invited to participate.
The survey is completely anonymous. No personal data or IP addresses will be collected. There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your honest assessment. By participating, you will help us to better understand how online fraud is perceived and how digital security can be improved. Your participation supports prevention work and the fight against crime in the digital space!
In order to be able to evaluate the study results comprehensively, it is necessary to answer all questions, even if the questions may give the impression that they are repetitive or similar. This is intentional and is part of the questionnaire design.
The survey can be completed on a laptop, PC or mobile device without restriction.
By confirming the privacy policy, you agree to participate in this study and will be redirected to the questionnaire.
