The tool we use for this form (Limesurvey) is hosted by Ruhr University Bochum, with all data from the form temporarily saved on the respective servers. The data will be deleted from the tool after the application process and transferred to Sciebo, the NRW Hochschulcloud, which follows German data security standards: https://hochschulcloud.nrw/de/features/sicherheit.html.
They are stored for organisational use only with regard to the Before Ruins 2026 conference. The data will be deleted after the Before Ruins 2026 conference, no later than May 2026.
